Jeff grew up in a town of 60,000+ people. He has a business degree and went on to Public Accounting with a small tax firm. Later, Jeff followed his heart into real estate in 1993 and he has never looked back!  "The glass is always half full.  Always smiling and happy is my life's philosophy!
